Deposits
There is a booking fee of 50% for all lash full sets and
Permanent Makeup Services.
Booking fees for lash full sets & Permanent Makeup are non-refundable.

Booking fees for Lash full sets and permanent makeup services may be transferable towards other service when given 72 hours notice.
​
You may reschedule lash full sets along with other lash/brow services within 48 hrs. of your scheduled appointment. With no loss of deposit.

Late Policy
There is a grace period of 10 minutes. Tardiness will result in the artist having to sacrifice quality service. Being on time is essential to the best possible outcome and is only to your benefit.
Anything past 15 minutes, you may want to consider rescheduling. Quality is very important to us and do request the full allotted time to properly complete your beauty service.
Notice
Please be aware that we require 48 hours notice be provided should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, and that any failure to notify us within that time frame will result in a loss of the full service amount on all services booked.
Please understand that your notice allows us time to fill your cancelled appointment.

Cancellations on behalf of the service provider:

We are as loyal to our clients as they are to us and are always appreciated.
If we cancel for any reason besides sickness or injury we will discount your future appointment by 25%.
Refunds
There are no refunds on services rendered.
In the highly unlikely event of an allergic reaction to lash adhesives, your removal is free of charge but must contact an Ophthalmologist and set must your removal within 48 hours.
"No Shows"
“No Shows” will be charged the full amount of the service and Insignia Lash requires that the next appointment be paid in full prior to scheduling a future appointment.

Workshop Deposit
In order to secure your Workshop Day(s) of choice all Workshop Deposits of $500 are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the unlikely event that either party is ill or has an emergency the class will be rescheduled for a future date.

Policies
Return Policy on Retail Items
We are unable to accept returns on all Lash, Cosmetic & Personal Care Items due to the nature of the item.

That said, should you be dissatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to remedy the situation, as we want you to love your product(s) as much as we do!
