The Insignia Lash Advanced Russian Volume Workshop is specifically designed for the artist who would like to advance their lashing skills by perfecting lash fans, creating more density and the perfect line.
The artist must have a basic understanding as well as experience with creating proper Russian Volume Lash fans. (See Russian Volume Beginners option if you do not have previous experience.)

In this workshop, you will be creating an advanced level of lash fanning of 4-8 fibers per fan working towards achieving Mega Volume.

This Advanced Workshop is made for setting you apart from the rest and setting you up for success!

A fun, creative and challenging 2-day workshop learning the latest lash trends!

In this workshop you will create the Strip Lash (known as the KimK Lash Set and a Wet Lash Set
Learning techniques to create within these particular sets will set you up for future clients in creating your own style of texture and wispy sets! The creativity is endless once you get started!

It is not necessary to utilize the Russian Volume fanning method, but you must be able to make lash fans. They can be pinch, bouquet, wide, narrow.... anything goes as long as you are open minded to learning specifics.

For the beginner or someone looking for more in-depth skill and information on classic lashing.

Sometimes when new Lash Technicians step out of an accredited academy they are overwhelmed by how much has been covered in such a short amount of time.
Taking one technique at a time will ensure proper application and will help with reoccurring retention issues along with thoroughly understanding direction.

I would like to assist and ensuring that Lash Technicians do not become so discouraged so soon after obtaining licensure.

Not sure if Lash Extensions is the right career path for you? This workshop is for the aspiring artist that has not yet obtained their licensure. You will learn the basics of eye anatomy, lash structure & growth cycle along with hands on practice on a mannequin to feel if this may be something you would like to persue. A complete classic lash demonstration will be performed on a live model for you to watch.
