This clear formulation is meant to be uses as a treatment day and/or night. Apply prior to IT Perfect Black Mascara to act as a primer.
 
This mascara contains Biotinoyl Tripeptide,  an ingredient that restructures, promotes healing and deeply nourishes lashes.
 
Great for those who have picked and/or pulled at lash extensions (resulting in friction or damage to their natural lashes).
A more gentle alternative to growth serums.
Hydrating, vitamin rich formula 

Noticable improvement in the overall health and condition of lashes can be expected after 15 days of regular use.
To Use: Apply twice daily on clean natural lashes (morning/evening).  This may also be used as a primer for IT Perfect Black Mascara
